2026-2027 School Year for K - 8:

FEES:
Registration payments will be handled through the FACTS System, just as Tuition and before-care payments. No cash or checks will be accepted. To register for FACTS please visit: https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/42S6L and follow the online directions.

REGISTRATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE

Registration Fee $100 per student

Teaching Material and Chromebook Fees:
● $300 per student may be paid with your registration fee through FACTS (Textbooks, trade books, assignment notebooks, periodicals, all consumables, class shirts, and     licensing)
● Chromebook Insurance Fee:
                 Grades Kindergarten - Fifth Grade: $25 (per year)
                 Sixth Grade - Eighth Grade: $50 (per year- students in grades 6-8 bring home ChromeBooks each night)

All Fees will appear as incidental invoices once your agreement has been finalized and will be billed in three equal installments, automatically drafted from your bank account on file with FACTS on June 1, July 1, and August 1, 2026.

PAYMENT:
No child may begin Holy Family Parish School for the 2026-2027 school year until the following conditions have been met:

● All tuition from the 2025-2026 school year has been paid.
● Teaching and Technology Fees for the 2025-2026 school year have been paid.
● You have registered through FACTS for the 2026-2027 school year.

Families who prepay tuition for 6 months are entitled to a $35.00 rebate
Families who prepay tuition for 12 months are entitled to a $100 rebate

TUITION:

1 student      $6,670 per year
2 students    $9,315 per year
3 (or more students)   $10,610 per year

FINANCIAL AID:
Information regarding all available scholarships can be found in the Registration Packet and online at www.ttef-stl.org. All families are strongly encouraged to apply for any available scholarships through the Today and Tomorrow Educational Foundation (TTEF). Parish grants are available ONLY after you have completed your Today and Tomorrow Application.

DELINQUENCIES:
Students in 8th grade cannot graduate until tuition and all outstanding fees have been paid.

REFUNDS:
If a student chooses to leave Holy Family Parish School, no fees will be refunded. Tuition will be refunded on a prorated basis (outlined in the Parent Handbook).

Before Care and Aftercare are available at an additional charge.
